As Managing Director, Lee has shaped Aesthetics for more than three decades. She thrives on the diversity of events and the chance to work closely with clients and staff to make every experience seamless. Lee is hands-on when setting up contracts, ensuring that both clients and staff are supported, valued, and given the best environment to succeed. From stadium launches to global sporting finals, she brings knowledge, energy, and attention to detail that keeps Aesthetics at the top of its game.

For almost three decades, Keri has been the engine room of Aesthetics’ delivery. She thrives on the pace and unpredictability of events, coordinating teams and logistics so clients get their “time to shine.” Renowned for matching the right people to the right roles, Keri blends operational precision with genuine care for both clients and staff. Away from events, she splits her time between the gym, taekwondo, and life with her two daughters.

Brent has been with Aesthetics since 2007 and plays a pivotal role in developing and maintaining Connect, the company’s bespoke event management system that underpins almost everything Aesthetics does. Built from the ground up to reflect Aesthetics’ unique way of working, the system supports everything from recruitment and onboarding, to scheduling, payroll, and invoicing. Brent works closely with Lee, Keri, and the wider team to ensure the software evolves in line with their decades of experience in the events industry.

Emily has grown up with Aesthetics, moving from part-time support to managing her own portfolio of high-profile sporting and events clients. Known for her organisation, structure, and attention to detail, she makes sure every event runs smoothly and every client feels valued. Away from work, Emily enjoys time with friends, travel, the gym, and relaxing at home with her husband and dog.

Annette has been part of the Aesthetics family for almost 20 years. She looks after clients and their events with care and dedication – whether that’s booking one or two staff or coordinating a team of fifty. Known for her flexibility and commitment, she’s always ready to step in, even at short notice, to make sure everything runs smoothly. Outside of work, Annette enjoys walking her dog, tending to her balcony garden, keeping active, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Abbie supports the account management team across some of Aesthetics’ largest sporting and live events. With experience both on-site and behind the scenes, she brings insight, organisation and calm efficiency to every project. Her work ensures the right information, documents and briefings reach staff in the field, helping events run smoothly from start to finish. Outside of work, Abbie enjoys time with her family, keeping active, swimming, and exploring her creative side through art and interior design.

Lorrie brings strategic financial and commercial leadership to Aesthetics as Chief Financial and Strategy Officer. A former Director at PwC and an experienced CFO, CSO and fractional Finance Director, he works closely with Lee and the leadership team to ensure the business remains commercially strong, agile and operationally robust. His role provides the stability and strategic clarity that allow Aesthetics to support some of the most recognised events, brands and venues with confidence. A proud Scotsman, Lorrie is passionate about the culture and teamwork at Aesthetics.

Demi supports the team at Aesthetics as an Administrator, helping ensure staff are fully prepared, organised and ready to deliver at events. With previous experience working on-site at major venues, she brings a practical understanding of what teams need to perform at their best. Outside of work, Demi enjoys keeping active, whether that’s going to the gym, swimming or getting out for walks with her French bulldog.

Mel supports the Aesthetics team as an Administrator, combining her love of events with a hands-on approach both in the office and on-site. With years of experience working directly with guests, she brings a natural energy and people-first mindset to everything she does. Outside of work, Mel enjoys spending time with her family and taking her grandchildren to football, combining her love of sports events with time together.
