Kitty’s journey with Aesthetics began on-site, working as a hostess before progressing to supervisor and, more recently, Account Manager. Over seven seasons at one major Premier League club alone, she gained first-hand experience of the standards, preparation and people needed to create an outstanding matchday experience.
“I loved the hostess role from the moment I started,” she says. “Meeting people, being part of that environment and knowing you’re helping them have a great experience, it never really felt like a job.”
Today, Kitty brings that same enthusiasm to account management. Working across a number of major sporting clients, she manages everything that goes into putting the right team of hosts and hostesses in place. That starts with understanding exactly what the client needs, from team numbers and individual roles to the particular qualities they are looking for in their event staff.
From there, Kitty carefully matches people to the brief and manages the details needed to get them event-ready, including accreditation, uniforms, documentation and grooming standards. Having spent years doing the job herself, she understands both sides of that relationship.
For Kitty, it all comes back to working collaboratively with clients and making their lives easier. Her role is to understand what they need, take responsibility for the staffing and make sure everything comes together seamlessly.
“I feel like I’ve won the lottery,” she says. “I’m working in an industry that I genuinely love, developing my experience and doing something that really excites me. It’s a dream job.”
