Lorrie has worked with Aesthetics for a number of years, providing experienced financial oversight and strategic direction. With a background as a Director at PwC and a portfolio career as a CFO, CSO and fractional Finance Director, he brings depth, rigour and commercial perspective to the leadership team.
“My role is to work closely with Lee and Keri to ensure Aesthetics has everything in place and can adapt at a moment’s notice to look after our clients,” he explains. “Our clients represent some of the most well-known events, brands and venues across sport, entertainment, media and industry. Their world changes day to day, often unexpectedly, and they expect a service that matches that pace. Our job is to make sure we are always ready.”
While finance may sit behind the scenes, Lorrie’s work directly supports Aesthetics’ clients. Managed and responsible growth, productivity and disciplined governance mean the business can scale confidently and maintain the high standards clients expect. Whether delivering a small, intimate gathering or a large-scale event with the world watching, that financial strength provides the foundation for excellence.
What Lorrie values most, however, is the culture Lee and the team have created. “There is such a profound pride in every member of the team about what they and the business does,” he says. “You see it in how people support each other and how they approach every event with the same level of care.” For him, that culture is what drives him to do everything he can to allow Aesthetics to succeed.
