Emily’s journey with Aesthetics started long before she joined the team full-time. As Lee’s daughter, she grew up immersed in the industry, spending time in the office after school, helping with timesheets, and even assisting with uniform preparation for major shows. “It was so different then,” she recalls. “Before our bespoke, developed system Connect, which we now use to manage everything from recruitment to payroll, everyone used to post in their wage invoices, and I’d help sort them out on a Saturday. That was my first proper job.”
At 16, Emily began promotional work for Aesthetics before covering a maternity role in the office at 17, and she never left. Over the years she’s carved out a specialism in sports and event contracts, particularly football, where her organisational skills and structured approach really shine. “I like everything to be organised and completed properly. When a job is done well and clients come back year after year, that’s what’s most rewarding.”
Her attention to detail and calm professionalism have earned her long-term client relationships, many of which she has managed since she began. “All of my contracts have renewed year after year,” she says. “That tells me I’m doing something right.”
Emily’s strength lies in the relationships she builds, both with clients and colleagues. She’s personable, reliable, and always focused on maintaining the high standards that have shaped Aesthetics’ reputation. “I’m representing my mum and the company every day,” she says. “My priority is making sure our clients are happy and that they keep coming back.”
When she’s not working, Emily enjoys time away in the sun, spending quality time with family and friends, or simply relaxing at home. “It’s either all go or total switch-off,” she laughs. “I love the buzz of events, but I also love being at home.”
