We carefully prepare rotas to ensure local staff cover locations up to 12 hours per day 7 days per week, whilst also putting together staff Covid testing schedules to ensure our teams remain safe. Our teams are versatile with many being multi-lingual to converse with international clients and have customer service training. Our staff have adapted quickly to COVID-19 testing requirements and due to our extensive database, we are able to escalate staffing requirements at a moment’s notice.
Site Managers are also provided to oversee static sites and multiple lane drive through testing sites, facilitating the entire operation. Covering Scotland, Wales, England, and Northern Ireland.
