To supply a team of up to 130 customer service trained hosts and hostesses, 20 team Leaders and 1 Restaurant Manager to look after hospitality guests in the exclusive suites at Twickenham Stadium, Twickenham Pavilion, Wembley Stadium, Olympic Stadium and Millennium Stadium. Staff were provided at 27 Games and 1 training day. Over 1500 event staff days were invoiced.
Working to strict RWC guidelines Aesthetics were awarded the contract to supply hospitality hosts and hostesses in March 2015. Over 250 staff were recruited and security cleared ready for the tournament. Aesthetics also developed on on-line ‘Customer Service’ Training Programme which all staff were required to pass before working at the tournament. Languages supplied included Spanish, German, Italian, Russian, Dutch, French, Latvian, Lithuanian, Greek, Afrikaans and Gujurati. First Aid trained staff were also supplied.
Due to ticket sales the staffing numbers and shift patterns varied day by day and Aesthetics managed the entire process from staff check-in to staff departure. Uniforms were also provided and allocated by the Aesthetics representative on-site at each venue. A dry cleaning service was also provided.
In addition to this contract staff were also supplied at other venues across the UK for other clients.
