To supply and train a team of 45 staff plus 2 event supervisors to run the registration of the only hospitality available at Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee Pageant in June 2022.
One of the most historic events of 2022 was the late Queen’s Platinum Jubilee in June. With the eyes of 13.2 million people in London, the celebrations of Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum celebrations drew to a close with the tradition of a Royal Pageant. Tens of thousands lined the streets of London hoping to get a glimpse of the Gold State Coach which presented a hologram of the young Queen on her Coronation day in 1953.
Whilst the world watched this historic event, Aesthetics staff were onsite working at the only official hospitality area for the Jubilee Pageant. With a guest list full of national treasures, government representatives from most the Commonwealth nations and specially recognised members of the public – Aesthetics staff were privileged to be the first person guests interacted with onsite.
The Aesthetics team were split into two locations; Lancaster House and Marlborough House. Team members had to go through enhanced security background checks prior to the event in order to be granted access behind the security lock down.
The team were essential to the operation and we received incredible feedback from the organisers of the Jubilee.
