To provide a team of 25 male and female uniformed staff to look after corporate guests for all events
Aesthetics were first contracted by Cardiff Stadium in 2000 before the hosting staffing element was taken in house. The Millennium Stadium, known since 2016 as the Principality Stadium for sponsorship reasons, is the national stadium of Wales. Located in Cardiff, it is the home of the Wales national rugby union team and has also held Wales national football team games. Initially built to host the 1999 Rugby World Cup, it has gone on to host many other large-scale events, such as the Tsunami Relief Cardiff concert, the Super Special Stage of Wales Rally Great Britain, the Speedway Grand Prix of Great Britain and various concerts. It also hosted six FA Cup finals and several other high-profile football fixtures while Wembley Stadium was being redeveloped.
In 2015 Aesthetics were asked to provide all the staff for Rugby World Cup at the stadium by Rugby Travel Hospitality then again by Do & Co in 2017 for UEFA Champions League Final. The successful staffing of both International and large-scale events meant that Aesthetics were the natural provider when the stadium once again decided to outsource staffing in 2019.
