To provide teams that can be clinically trained to provide COVID Support services for clients that need Fit to Fly Certificates at locations throughout the UK. Our team of 1200 trusted, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals across the UK were clinically trained by the clients own medical professionals.
The teams provided were versatile with many of our staff being multi-lingual and with customer service training. Our staff adapted quickly to COVID-19 Testing requirements and produced fantastic feedback from our clients. Site Managers were also provided to oversee the entire operations and, in some instances, run multiple lane drive throughs or testing stations at airports, shopping centres and stadiums. On arrival at each testing facility documentation was checked, temperature checked on arrival and then directed by our marshals to the relevant swabbing location for the allocated slot. A swab is then taken by one of our clinically trained sample takers. Swabbing involves taking a sample from both the back of the throat and the nasal passage. The swab sample is then safely stored and labelled ready to be sent to a laboratory. Our sample takers are all fully trained in both administering and storing swab samples and wear full PPE when on site. By leveraging our established network of regional staff, it means we can provide staff at short notice who are local therefore reducing unnecessary travel and accommodation costs.
