Our event hosts and hostesses are very experienced in working at international conferences. We assist with meet & greet, queue management, registration, information desks, cloakroom, loading auditoriums, Q&A, way finding, workshops, exhibitions. We offer a complete service from the moment your guests arrive.
If you need multi-lingual staff then we cover all languages, just let us know the specific requirements and we will get it covered. If guests are arriving from another country, we can provide airport meet and greet, coach transfers and hotel check-in to ensure the welcome is extra special. Along the way we will keep them up to date with the schedule and of course keep you up to date on their journey progress.
