To supply a team of up to 120 staff including 1 manager and 4 supervisors at the Copperbox Arena, London
MINECON is an annual interactive live stream and previous fan convention about the video game Minecraft. On 10 April 2018, Mojang announced that MINECON Earth would be taking place on 29 September 2018 for 90 minutes on stream, this event took place in East London.
Aesthetics staff were on-site a week prior to the live days assisting with event set up with the balance of the team arriving for a briefing the day prior to the 2-day event.
Duties included cloakrooms, human signage from Stratford and local stations to the Copper box, Registration, Help Desks, Cloakrooms, Badging, Production Office Assistants, Floaters, Merchandise Staff, Guest Bags, Scanning, Q&A and Wrist banding.
This was a logistically challenging event as there were varying shift patterns, language requirements (due to a high number of International guests) and the number of roles however the event was a huge success with all staff thoroughly enjoying the event.
