To provide 200 VIP hospitality hosts and hostesses to the Champions League Final 2017 in Cardiff. Leadtime 6 weeks.
Aesthetics have been supplying staff to Do & Co since 2011. The immaculate execution of both the 2011 and 2013 finals at Wembley Stadium made Aesthetics a natural choice to provide the highest level of hospitality staff once again to this prestigious event. With only 6 weeks until the final Aesthetics were awarded the contract to provide staff. Our regular staff in Cardiff were unavailable as many had been booked months in advance for other sponsors/suppliers. Aesthetics undertook a rigorous recruitment campaign to ensure that the UEFA staff requirements could be met.
Over 300 staff were recruited and security checked to allow for cancellations prior to the event date. All successful staff were put through the Aesthetics ‘Excellence’ online customer service training program prior to working at the stadium. Aesthetics staff covered both the Principality Stadium and the Champions Village at Cardiff Castle.
The successful implementation of this event showcases Aesthetics ability to recruit for ‘area’ specific events to ensure that the brand is represented perfectly.
