To provide a team of 24 uniformed staff and 1 manager to assist the catering provider at the newly built Hill Dickinson Stadium in Liverpool.
Hill Dickinson Stadium, known as Bramley-Moore Dock Stadium or Everton Stadium during construction and renamed for sponsorship reasons, is a football stadium at Bramley Moore Dock in Vauxhall, Liverpool, England. It is the home ground of Premier League club Everton replacing Goodison Park. The stadium opened in July 2026 and Aesthetics were asked to source a team with only 4 weeks notice. Staff were recruited locally and with 2 test events under the belt the doors opened for their first Friendly against Roma. Aesthetics provided the team with a uniform as we hit the ground running. Aesthetics management oversee the operation for the first 3 games to ensure the team settled into their roles before handing over to the teams carefully selected manager who would nurture the team and oversee operations and every single home team.
The team were selected for their ability to attend a minimum of 75 of all the events to ensure consistency. With each team member allocated to a specific restaurant relationships with guests have been established ensuring the customer experience is seamless from start to finish. There is nothing better than a friendly face to make you feel welcome and the feedback our team have had from all stakeholders has been incredible.
