To provide an ELITE team of clinically trained swabbers to provide COVID Support services for clients at locations throughout the UK. Our team of 25 trusted, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals across the UK were clinically trained by the clients own medical professionals to administer dry swabs in home, hotels and businesses.
Our teams are known to be versatile with many of our staff being multi-lingual and having customer service training. Our staff adapted quickly to COVID-19 Testing requirements and produced fantastic feedback from our clients. Each clinician was on call for 12 hours per day and could be sent anywhere at a moment’s notice. The team were tracked through the TM APP to ensure their safety always remained priority. Once samples were taken the concierge clinician took the samples to the laboratory for testing. Due to the high level of each client discretion on this service is key. The Concierge Team were managed in-house with staff working a 4 day on and 4 days off rota however if required staff did step in at short notice to cover last minute changes.
Clients include world leaders, high profile businesses, film crews, formula one teams, sports personalities, celebrities, CEO’s and executives. All staff were required to remain within the PCR testing cycle and have a PCR negative result every 72 hours. This requirement was strictly monitored in house.
By leveraging our established network of regional staff, it means we can provided staff at short notice who are local therefore reducing unnecessary travel and accommodation costs.
