To supply up to 15 members of consistent staff to work in the premium areas of the AO Arena including the exclusive Audi Box.
The Manchester Arena is an indoor arena that is known for being one of the worlds busiest arenas due to the wide variety of events the arena hosts: from world famous musicians to boxing matches and tennis championships. The arena also has the highest seating capacity of any indoor venue in the United Kingdom, and the second largest in Europe with a capacity of 21,000.
Aesthetics were tasked to recruit a local bespoke team to undergo a detailed training session prior to the first event and therefore Aesthetics had to ensure that the team
supplied were committed to working on over 50 events in the first year of the contract. Whilst this meant the selection process had to be more complex, the team selected have been brilliant and have received high praise from stadium management and guests. Aesthetics also sourced and purchased uniforms to compliment the hospitality areas.
Hosts are responsible for meeting and greeting staff upon entry, scanning guests into hospitality areas, seeing guests at designated tables and then hosting the rest of the evening. Aesthetics staff are present on every step of the guest’s journey ensuring that guests are getting the most out of every experience the arena has to offer.
