

Demi plays a key role in supporting the coordination and preparation of event staff at Aesthetics. Working closely with Keri and the wider team, she helps ensure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly, from onboarding new starters and managing documentation to supporting staffing for major venues and events.
Her role centres around organisation, communication and attention to detail. “A lot of what I do is making sure everything is in place before the event even begins,” she explains. “From checking documents to getting staff set up on the system and ready to go, it’s all about making sure there are no gaps on the day.”
Before moving into the office, Demi worked on events herself, supporting hospitality teams at major venues. That experience has given her valuable insight into what staff need on-site. “Having been there, you understand how important it is to have clear information and everything organised properly,” she says. “It makes a big difference to how confident people feel when they arrive at an event.”
Demi enjoys the fast-paced nature of the role and the variety each day brings. “It’s busy and there’s always something to do, but I like that,” she says. “No two days are the same.”
With plans to continue developing her role, including supporting more directly with account coordination, Demi is building on both her on-site experience and her growing knowledge of the operational side of the business.
Outside of work, Demi enjoys keeping active, whether that’s going to the gym, swimming or getting out for walks with her French bulldog. She also enjoys spending time with her partner and making the most of a balanced routine outside of the busy events world.
