I’ve worked on the London E-Prix for several years now, and every season the process with Aesthetics has been smooth, straightforward and supportive from start to finish. Another real strength is the consistency year on year. For us, that’s invaluable. Knowing that familiar faces will be back each season makes a big difference. Those returning staff act as informal mentors for new team members and take pressure off our own internal team. They also retain vital knowledge about the event, which makes operations smoother every season.
Aesthetics also support us with workforce operations on site. Their supervisors play a key role in briefing, onboarding and deploying teams, and they’re the ones checking in with staff to ensure everyone feels supported and empowered in their roles. That layer of leadership means we can be confident the wider team is fully prepared and well looked after throughout the event.
Another aspect that stands out is how proactive the team is in helping us innovate. They’re always open to new ideas and quick to respond to evolving needs, often suggesting creative solutions before we’ve even asked.
