In my experience, Aesthetics provide consistently professional, high-quality teams who make a real difference. I oversee debenture holder relationships at one of the world’s most prestigious international events. The scale is significant: the event runs for several weeks, welcomes thousands of guests from around the world, and demands both polish and warmth in equal measure. Our guests expect a premium experience, whether they have been attending for decades or are flying in for a once-in-a-lifetime occasion. 

What I look for in a staffing partner is people who can deliver that combination: polished, smart, approachable and knowledgeable. Our hosts are the face of the Debenture Hosting Team, greeting guests at the doors, guiding them through, and answering questions. They need to represent our brand in exactly the right way. Many of our debenture holders return year after year, so having the same staff come back is really important. That consistency builds familiarity and rapport, and our guests value it enormously. 

One of the biggest benefits of working with Aesthetics is that they take all the admin off my plate. Lee and her team handle the scheduling, the vetting and the training, so all the heavy lifting behind the scenes is covered. On site, the staff even self-manage. Team leaders decide who takes breaks, who covers which area, and I don’t have to get involved. That frees me up to focus on our clients and the bigger picture, rather than worrying about day-to-day logistics. It makes a huge difference. 

The teams Aesthetics provide don’t just look the part, always in premium designer uniforms, they also act with vigilance and professionalism. This applies equally to the Debenture Hosting Team and to the SIA Security Hosts, who work seamlessly alongside one another. A good example of this was when we had a briefing from security about potential gate-crashers. Sure enough, our staff spotted a woman who had been slipping into high-profile events illegally. They recognised her, flagged it immediately, and worked with us and security to stop her. That kind of awareness goes well beyond being welcoming; it shows how engaged and attentive the team really is. With such an international guest profile, having staff who speak multiple languages has also been a real advantage over the years. 

For me, Aesthetics stands out because they listen, they respond quickly, and they deliver. The people they provide don’t just fill a role, they represent our organisation exactly as we want to be represented.
