Annette has been with Aesthetics for nearly two decades, which makes her one of the most familiar and friendly faces in the team. Over that time, she’s seen it all – from glamorous rooftop launch parties to international events that required pulling out all the stops late into the night.
Her role centres on account management. That means everything from selecting the perfect staff for each client’s event, making sure they fit the brand and brief, to handling last-minute changes and even sourcing uniforms or costumes if required. Whether it’s one person or a team of fifty, Annette makes sure every detail is covered.
What she loves most is the supportive, family-like culture at Aesthetics. “It’s not just a workplace – we do things together outside of work too. It feels like a big part of my life,” she says. That sense of commitment shows in the way she works flexibly with clients, happy to jump in whenever needed, day or night.
Away from work, Annette stays just as active. She enjoys long walks with her dog, keeping fit, looking after her balcony garden, and spending quality time with her grandchildren.
