We remember when… Keri shared a few stand-out moments
Front row operations at major venues. For years, Keri has overseen matchday and hospitality operations at a leading sports venue and supported delivery at one of the UK’s most iconic national stadiums. This has included complex table plans and last-minute adjustments on live days. It might look glamorous from the outside, but behind the scenes it is relentless, and she loves making it right for everyone.
A papal visit to the UK. A personal favourite memory is a papal visit to the UK. Having queued as a child to see the Pope, Keri later helped deliver front-of-house operations when the Pontiff returned. It meant dawn call times, dignitary seating, hotel meets and coach movements. “It was special to be part of something so significant, and to see flawless logistics bring thousands together.”
London 2012. Another highlight was working on one of the world’s largest international sporting events hosted in the UK. Keri supported the team across multiple high-profile venues. Rotating rosters, tight security and accreditation meant ten days felt like one. The real pride was how the team held standards across every shift.
Talent, nurtured. Keri still hears from former staff who have gone on to careers in government, medicine and the creative industries. “That’s the best part, seeing people grow and knowing the teams we built helped make that possible.”
For Keri, these memories all reinforce one truth: events succeed when planning, people and calm under pressure meet at exactly the right moment.
