

Lee is at the helm of Aesthetics and has been since the very beginning. For her, the best part
of the role is the sheer variety: “We get to do so many different things and attend events
most people would never get near. Every event is different, and that makes the job
constantly exciting.”
What sets Lee apart is the way she balances the needs of clients, staff, and guests. When new
contracts begin, she’s there in person, making sure everything runs exactly as it should.
From how staff check in, to uniforms, to guest journeys, Lee leaves nothing to chance. “It’s
really important to me that our staff are looked after well, not just the client,” she explains.
Lee values open and honest relationships with clients. She encourages them to pick up the
phone anytime, knowing that a conversation will always find a way forward. Her goal is to
deliver more than just staff: she looks at the bigger picture, spotting efficiencies, saving
budgets, and ensuring events run smoothly from start to finish.
