What we provide

Our conference hosts and hostesses are very experienced in working at international conferences. We assist with meet & greet, queue management, registration, information desks, cloakroom, loading auditoriums, Q&A, way finding, workshops, exhibitions, coach transfers, hotel check-in and airport meet and greet. We offer a complete service from the moment they arrive.

If you need multi-lingual staff then we cover all languages, just let us know the specific requirements and we will get it covered. If guests are arriving from another country, we can provide staff who are multi-lingual to ensure the welcome is extra special.

Our staff are very experienced in welcoming guests at airports and train stations in a friendly manner to ensure they get to their next stop. Along the way we will keep them up to date with the schedule and of course keep you up to date on their journey progress.
