To supply a team of up to 120 experienced uniformed hosts and hostesses, receptionists and restaurant managers, to look after hospitality guests in the exclusive suites at Twickenham Stadium, for both set-up and live days.
Twickenham Stadium is a rugby union stadium in southwest London. The stadium hosts home test matches for the England national rugby union team. Other rugby union games played at the stadium include Middlesex Sevens matches, selected Premiership Rugby fixtures, selected Anglo-Welsh Cup matches, the Varsity Match between the universities of Oxford and Cambridge, and selected European Rugby Champions Cup matches. The RFU has its headquarters at the stadium.
Twickenham Stadium has hosted concerts by Rihanna, Iron Maiden, Bryan Adams, Bon Jovi, Genesis, U2, Beyoncé, The Rolling Stones, The Police, Eagles, R.E.M., Eminem, and Lady Gaga. It has also been used as the venue for rugby league’s Challenge Cup finals, and conventions of Jehovah’s Witnesses; it hosted American football as part of the NFL London Games in 2016 and 2017.
Twickenham Stadium is the largest stadium in the world dedicated to the sport of rugby union, the second largest stadium in the United Kingdom behind Wembley Stadium and the fourth largest stadium in Europe.
Aesthetics supply staff to work in the exclusive Live Lounge, Rose Suite, Nightingale, Shakespeare, Churchill, The Clubhouse, The Grand Slam, Brunel, The Marriott, The Elgar, Martin Johnson Upper and Lower, Business Debenture Suites, The Union and The Players Lounge and the L1 Gate. Languages supplied include Spanish, German, Italian, Russian, French, Latvian, Portuguese and Lithuanian. First Aid trained staff are also supplied.
Aesthetics managed the entire process at each event from staff check-in, security pass distribution to staff departure. Uniforms are allocated by the Aesthetics representative on-site at each venue.
In addition staff are also supplied at Twickenham for other clients for conferences both locally and Internationally.
