To provide a team of 10 bi-lingual hostesses and 1 manager to register and oversee the needs of 300 invited quests of the Royal Family.
A host of stars performed for the Queen at a special event to mark the Monarch’s 90th birthday.
With a spectacular, star-studded show featuring more than 900 horses and 1,500 performers, the Monarch’s family joined her in the royal box for the two-hour show in the grounds of Windsor Castle, with the event televised live by ITV.
Kylie Minogue, Katherine Jenkins and Gary Barlow were among those who sang on a night of military and musical displays in Windsor Castle’s grounds.
Actors including Dame Helen Mirren and Damian Lewis narrated historic moments from the Queen’s life during the show.
The Aesthetics Team were responsible for meeting various dignitaries, VIPs, royalty and guests. Tasks included providing the necessary access passes and escorting them to their hospitality areas for dining prior to this exclusive event and then to assist with seating guests in the Royal box.
Staff were based at the event for 3 days to assist with the build, rehearsals and live event.
