To provide two teams of highly experienced event staff to help and assist with VVIPS attending the 2023 Brit Awards for Mastercard.
One of the key diary events of the British Awards Season is the iconic Brit Awards. Launched in 1977, the BRIT Awards with Mastercard are the annual showcase for the UK Music industry. The BRIT Awards celebrate not just the biggest successes in music but also operate as an important platform to introduce and promote new talent.
Aesthetics were asked to supply two separate teams to work on this event. One team were located at Heathrow Airport and the other at a highly exclusive pre awards dinner followed by a private yacht to the awards.
The Airport team’s main responsibility was to help and assist the VVIP guests attending the awards get into their correct private cars with their luggage. Aesthetics staff were the first people these VVIPS met and therefore they were sure to give the guests the warmest of welcomes at the arrivals gate before personally walking them to their car and instructing the drivers of names and addresses.
The staff working at the pre ceremony dinner and party were carefully selected by both Aesthetics and our client to ensure we had recruited the perfect team. This team were hostessing the entire VVIP journey and were highly praised for their attention to detail and perfect manners with such high profile guests.
