To provide a team of 1 supervisor and 18 male and females host/esses to oversee the corporate dining areas at St Mary’s stadium.
Southampton Football Club is a professional association football club based in Southampton England, which plays in the Premier League the top tier of English football. Their home ground since 2001 has been St Mary’s Stadium.
With less than 2 weeks notice to the start of the season Aesthetics were asked to recruit a team of staff and source a uniform that fell inline with the clubs corporate colours.
With no parking available it was important that all the staff were local and could access the stadium easily by public transport. Aesthetics employ many cabin crew to work at their events so with many of our crew living close to Southampton this made the task a little easier and with games and flight rosters working hand in hand it meant we could pull together a team with excellent customer service skills in time for the first match of the season. The team have settled in nicely and really bonded with management and guests to ensure that bot only we do was have consistency nut a team that is dedicated and enthusiastic.
