To supply a team of 30–40 staff to oversee and assist the needs of hospitality guests attending the historic event over the course of 5 days.
Ascot Racecourse is world-renowned for providing the breathtaking horse racing events, delivering unforgettable experiences for fans, families and everyone who attends one of our 26 annual race days. Our staff attend a day of training before the event to ensure they are familiar with the venue and are up to date with all event day information to be able to provide reassurance and assistance to the thousands of guests that will attend over the coming days. Some our team were provided with uniform including dresses, smart wear and hats depending on the area they worked in. Some had to provide their own uniform.
