The Brief

To provide a team of 30 male and female staff members to help the event run smoothly over the 4 days.

It is the 50th anniversary of McDonald’s having restaurants in the UK and as such a very special celebration. Around 3,000 McDonalds Employees will be attending the event at Sec Glasgow. Invitees include the business owners of McDonalds with their spouses and guests, the McDonalds office staff and the VIPs of the business called the “Leadership Team”.

Our staff were asked to operate the ‘Help Desk’ at the hotel, assist with any problems or queries any of our guests staying at the hotel may have as well as ensuring the hotel check in and check out procedures run smoothly and efficiently. Some of our team were booked to stay overnight at the hotel and were placed “on call”, ready to help at any time.

Expectations from client: looking smart, presentable, smiling and always welcoming, pleasant when complaint handling, can deal with attitude, no eating at the desk and keeping your workstation tidy and professional.
