To provide 4 Event Managers, 10 hotel supervisors, and 25 event support staff over a 2 day event.
This event was a once in a lifetime experience to celebrate the first McDonalds restaurant opening in the UK, in Woolwich, in 1974. Invitees included McDonalds business owners, their spouses and guests. VIP’s and suppliers were also invited. A total of 2570 guests in total.
The event venue was top secret with all guests being accommodated in local hotels where check-in was managed by Aesthetics staff. Staff also assisted with guiding guests from their hotels to the venue and from the VIP hotels onto coaches to the secret location. A sumptuous afternoon tea was provided for all guests on arrival at the hotel.
The event finale was a gala dinner and party and our experienced team of staff were on hand to welcome all the guests, and guide them to their tables. They also assisted them in the games areas throughout the evening.
The staff also assisted with departure from the venue to the allocated hotels. Staff also assisted with hotel check-out
The event was such a huge success that Aesthetics were engaged again in 2018 for their Ronald McDonald House Charities’ 10th Manchester Gala Dinner.
