To supply a team of 65 local Brand Ambassadors and 5 Supervisors to fulfil various job roles at ‘Atlassian High Velocity ITSM’ – a client of George P Johnson Experience Marketing.
This Event took place in December 2022, the event was for current Atlassian customers, ITSM leaders, admins, builders, and Atlassian partners, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. The event was designed and curated to empower development teams, IT teams and business teams to come together to modernise service management at scale.
Aesthetics supplied staff for all three days of the event in a variety roles including:
– Directional Support
– Cloakroom Staff
– Merchandise Stand Representatives
– Microphone Runners
– VIP Ushers
– Registration staff
– Celebrity Meet and Greet Hosts
Aesthetics worked with an American branch of GPJ on this event and therefore the Aesthetics head office team worked closely with GPJ on advising their recommendation for operational procedures as well as staffing. As a result of this great relationship Aesthetics had formed with GPJ, the event was a great success and was well received by delegates.
